styled shoots & theatre designs

dreamy bridal shoot

In collaboration with The Amore Collective, I designed the dramatic candle floral installation for this styled shoot! It was a lovely day getting to work alongside so many talented Nashville wedding vendors.

The inspiration for this shoot was luxury, drama, classic, and to make the set look like a painting! Lots of candles, draping, pearls, and monochrome florals.

In collaboration with TPAC, I design floral arrangements that go in the donor’s lounge for each touring show that comes through the TPAC season!

I love getting to combine theatre and flowers in such a tangible way. At the beginning of the season, I take a look at what shows are being performed and plan for each of their design. For example, Moulin Rouge: I wanted this arrangement to be dramatic, loud, and sparkly! So I chose all rich red colors, and bedazzled some of the flowers with glass gemstones so that they sparkle!

theatre installs

Getting to combine my theatre experience and design experience into scenic design is really rewarding. I believe that a lifelike set and scenic design will help bring a story to life, and it has been such an exciting venture to begin partnering with schools in Williamson County and design installs for their shows.

Pictured below are sets for A Midsummer Night’s Dream at Page Middle School and Mamma Mia! at Brentwood High School.
